Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

All pre-orders are subject to allocation confirmation from our supplier/distributor. Orders are not guaranteed until allocation is finalized.

Deposit is required to secure your pre-order. Orders without payment will not be processed.

In the event of limited allocation, orders will be fulfilled based on a first-come, first-served basis. If we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.

All prices are subject to change based on supplier adjustments.

Release dates are estimates provided by the supplier and may be subject to delays. We will update customers accordingly.

Orders will be shipped or made available for self-collection once stock has arrived and is ready. Customers will be notified upon availability.

Cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed, unless the stock cannot be fulfilled within 6 months. In such cases, a refund will be processed accordingly.

Minor packaging imperfections may occur during transit from the distributor. Such issues are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
